As an Operations Senior Specialist II- Assumptions, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will be assisting in various parts of an operation oriented around customers and providing solutions for them in the Assumptions part of Home Lending.

Job responsibilities
- Receives, Reviews, and Prepares assumption closing package requests (conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-Agency) in accordance with policies and procedures
- Reviews the loan application for completeness and accuracy
- Updates various systems for Assumption completion
- Participates in projects and process improvement initiatives as required
- Maintains system accuracy with data integrity
- Complies to performance & quality metrics
- Maintains constant communication with the Relationship Managers throughout the duration of the process
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to handle multiple assignments & competing priorities, while managing time
- Must have the ability to work at a high energy level and with a sense of urgency
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to successfully manage a production pipeline
- 2+ years of Mortgage experience and documentation knowledge with Originations/Assumptions
