As an Operations Senior Specialist I- Image Services, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank at our new Ruston facility and you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities across multiple departments, including Intake, Prep/Deprep, Image Capture, Check Processing, and Outbound Processing. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all documents and checks.

Job responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the intake and sorting of documents and checks.
  • Prepare documents for imaging, ensuring they are organized and free of obstructions.
  • Execute image capture processes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle check processing tasks, including intake, image, deposit or printing requested checks.
  • Facilitate outbound processing, ensuring all checks and documents are accurately prepared for mailing.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any discrepancies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs and stand on feet for extended periods of time
  • Self-motivated, ability to think independently, Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service
  • Proficiency in basic office and computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable transportation is expected and commitment to maintaining a non-smoking facility environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in document management and check processing.
