Additional responsibilities include execution of client setup, collateral management, adhoc reporting, ongoing KPI reporting, etc. The ideal candidate will be challenged with the fast pace environment while maintaining adequate controls within the daily workflow processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and understand deal pricing and legal documentation used for setup of new clients. Run preliminary invoicing, and review with front office for accuracy.
- Understand the process of daily account reconciliation and take an active ownership role to ensure daily balances are maintained, and any discrepancies are reported, researched, and resolved within specified timeframes.
- Analyze partnership financial statements, tax returns, monthly operating reports and budgets
- Incorporate financial results and perform sensitivities for assigned transactions
- Support transaction management by verifying accuracy of funding memos with trade counterparts and coordinate the completion of post settlement activities including cash differences
- Take ownership of various metrics reported to management on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Ensure information is relevant, accurate, and timely.
- Analyze and define efficient, cost effective solutions that support user business processes and functional requirements on projects
- Manage various projects as needed and participate in system testing as needed.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years in trading, finance operations support function.
• Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong time management skills required to meet critical deadlines and prioritize.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining controls over processes.
