New Business Developer Sr. (Multiple Positions Available)

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Originate new business opportunities for the Kinexys Digital Payments product suite. Team up with internal sales and distribution partners to define and assess new business opportunities. Prioritize highest potential and most valuable pieces of new business. Build relationships with senior client decision-makers in treasury and product management functions. Recommend new product development opportunities based on market intelligence. Understand and communicate key value propositions of the Kinexys Digital Payments product suite. Collaborate with, coach, and develop junior talent to grow overall team capabilities. This position requires up to 30% travel (domestic and international) to various client sites.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Economics, Science, Mathematics, or related field of study plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as Business Developer, Head of Business Development, Product Sales Manager, Corporate Investment Banker/Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires ten (10) years of experience with the following skills: financial markets and instruments; establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including potential partners and clients; business-to-business (B2B) sales; negotiating complex business contracts; stakeholder management; mechanics of forecasting and variable sensitivity; Treasury & Cash Management, specifically payments and global transaction banking products including treasury, foreign exchange (FX), and cash and liquidity management; developing executive-level presentation materials for C-suite audiences using MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; and end-to-end project management using Salesforce CRM system from deal initiation to deal conclusion. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: financial markets and instruments applied to blockchain applications; blockchain technology architecture, consensus mechanisms, and network protocols; analyzing market trends, assessing risks, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth in the blockchain sector; communicating complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders in order to close deals; and developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand company's blockchain offerings.

Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. This position requires up to 30% travel (domestic and international) to various client sites.

Full-Time. Salary: $194,250 - $285,000 per year.
