Marketing Transformation - Strategy Manager, Executive Director

The Marketing Transformation team is hiring a Marketing Transformation, Strategy Manager to accelerate our strategic agenda and oversee our integrated roadmap. This is an exciting time to be at the forefront of innovation, working across Product, Data, Tech and AI teams to reimagine and deliver the future of Marketing.

As a Strategy Manager, on the Marketing Transformation team, you are responsible for collaborating with product, data, tech and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive transformation agenda and roadmap. This includes defining strategic objectives, supporting business case development and measuring efficiency gains with Finance. This role also involves preparing executive updates, tracking milestones, and streamlining reporting across key initiatives such as integrated workflow, content transformation, omni-channel personalization and AI enablement. Additionally, you will help facilitate steerco forums to prioritize capabilities and collaborate with change management teams to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to build a comprehensive transformation roadmap; organize work into horizons with clear milestones
  • Define strategic objectives and desired outcomes for marketing transformation.
  • Collaborate with the process transformation team to prioritize capabilities and track adoption metrics for last-mile success.
  • Work alongside LOB transformation leads to identify common pain points / problems to solve in partnership with product/tech
  • Facilitate bi-weekly meetings to keep partners informed and engaged
  • Support the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with finance and reporting teams to establish a scalable framework for measuring and tracking efficiency gains
  • Assist in preparing executive updates and crafting compelling narratives to communicate progress and achievements.
  • Ensure key milestones are on track and support executive management reporting across key initiatives; focus areas include integrated workflow, content transformation, audience creation, omni-channel personalization and AI enablement
  • Kickstart change management discipline to drive last mile user adoption; identify resources needed to build and sustain change management at scale
  • Work with existing process and change management teams to support immediate needs

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 10+ years work experience in martech
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, product, engineering or related field
  • Fluent in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilities
  • Demonstrated track record of building roadmaps and working across matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Work experience and proven track record in Product organization; well-versed in product ops
  • Work experience in marketing organization; well-versed in marketing ops and/or channel execution
