As a Senior Associate in the Business Banking Acquisitions Marketing Strategy team, you will coordinate marketing strategies and collaborate with partner teams to deliver key business objectives. You'll manage quarterly investment reviews, annual budgets, and provide regular updates on competitive strategy changes. Your work will ensure our team remains agile, informed, and aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing strategies and connect with partner business banking teams
• Manage input and formatting of quarterly investment reviews and annual budgets
• Provide monthly updates on competitive strategy changes
• Assist with regular team communications on strategy changes, roadmaps, and weekly updates
• Track and report on deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Support development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting small business owners
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 plus years of marketing experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships
• Proven initiative and results orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
• Comfortable with changing priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Financial services industry experience
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or digital marketing strategy
• Skilled at developing effective marketing campaigns
• Recognized as a team player and collaborator
• Experience synthesizing complex information for various audiences
• Experience supporting business banking deposit products
• Experience with competitive market analysis
