Marketing Strategy Lead

Join the team that defines the strategy for growth of Chase-branded business credit cards. In this position the candidate will be responsible for solving complex business problems through deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence marketing initiatives within the Chase Branded Business Card space (Ink). The ideal candidate will be an expert in synthesizing data to drive business decisions with a passion for business strategy and analytics.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive offer strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the insights team to monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Expand high-value offerings across various products and channels to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to ensure alignment with strategic goals and optimize resource allocation.
- Assess and size the impact of marketing strategies across products and channels, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Focus on universe expansion by identifying and targeting new market segments and opportunities for growth.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience focused on growth strategy using data-driven approaches
- Experience in data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel)
- Demonstrated leadership in solving business problems through structured analytics
- Experience influencing business decisions by storytelling with data
- Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights and use those insights to drive change
- Be customer-obsessed and committed to designing strategies and creative that place the customer first
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Advanced business analytics and/or MBA degree
- Experience in a leading management consulting firm or financial services industry experience
- Proficient understanding of fundamental AI and ML techniques (e.g., NLP, time series, supervised learning)
