Marketing Strategy -Client Engagement-Senior Associate
The J.P. Morgan Private Client Marketing Strategy team defines the vision for how we support our rapidly growing affluent segment amidst the launch of a new offering that bridges the gap between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. We are a highly-collaborative team with an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to delivering the most elevated and personalized experiences for our clients.
As a Marketing Strategy-Client Engagement- Senior Associate on the J.P. Morgan Private Client Marketing team, you will manage end-to-end marketing initiatives across email, direct mail, and digital channels, ensuring every touch point is thoughtful, personalized, and impactful. You will contribute to initiatives that span the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing touch points, as well as lead nurturing and acquisition campaigns designed to drive growth and deepen relationships. You will help bring the client journey to life through thoughtful and strategic marketing campaigns that strengthen engagement and enable producers. Your ability to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work will ensure every client interaction is both meaningful and impactful.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of lead nurturing, personalized onboarding and engagement campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
- Partner closely with marketing, product owners, and content teams to deliver a surround-sound experience for prospects, new and existing customers.
- Manage the end-to-end process for assigned campaigns, including targeting, segmentation, messaging, content development, creative reviews, and reporting.
- Track campaign performance and prepare presentations, reports, and insights for stakeholders
- Provide project management support to drive alignment across internal teams
- Conduct research on industry trends and marketing innovations to inform strategies.
- Develop polished presentations and materials that communicate strategies, initiatives, and results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at creating clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter who thrives as part of a small, energetic team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and share actionable insights.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in Financial Services or related field
- Strong campaign management skills across email and direct mail channels; experience with digital marketing tools and platforms a plus.
