As an Associate in Executive Reporting and Communications within the Marketing Delivery team, you drive transparency and accountability by transforming complex data into clear, engaging narratives. You help us deliver seamless governance, financial management, and business enablement, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver governance reports to support transparency in marketing operations
- Process invoices accurately and promptly to maintain financial integrity
- Administer case management activities to resolve issues and ensure effective communication
- Facilitate business enablement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Manage profile and access permissions for team members
- Analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Create compelling visual presentations and reports
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and inclusive culture
- Identify and implement process improvements in governance and budgeting
- Support engagement and culture development within the staff
- Communicate confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and communications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to create visual presentations and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing governance or operational reports
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting financial management or budgeting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in dynamic settings
