As a Marketing Analytics Senior Associate within the Card Data & Analytics team, you will own end-to-end analytics for multiple digital campaign strategies, measuring performance and providing actionable insights. You will partner with marketing strategy managers to optimize campaigns and develop new strategies, supporting business growth targets through concise and timely analytics. You will synthesize large datasets into practical recommendations and deliver insights in a compelling manner to senior leadership. Your work will help influence and grow new card acquisitions.

You will collaborate closely with Analysts, Channel Marketing partners, Data Owners, and Product Owners to deliver capabilities that unlock the power of our data. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You'll be a key member of the Digital Analytics team, supporting business objectives and driving innovation in marketing analytics.

Job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics for multiple digital campaign strategies, including performance measurement and ad hoc analysis
  • Conduct A/B and incrementality test reads, profitability, and optimization analysis
  • Partner with marketing strategy managers to optimize campaigns and develop new strategies
  • Continuously develop skills to provide best-in-class analytics for card acquisitions
  • Conduct research and recommend marketing strategies in the digital space
  • Support business growth targets by providing concise, insightful, and timely analytics for key trends
  • Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and marketing strategies
  • Deliver practical data insights in a compelling manner to senior leadership using presentations, discussions, and visualizations
  • Collaborate with Analysts, Channel Marketing partners, Data Owners, and Product Owners to deliver data-driven capabilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum one year of industry experience in business analytics roles (digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, Data Science)
  • Strong knowledge of querying databases using SQL
  • Experience with modern data science and analytics tools (Hive, Python, R)
  • Basic knowledge of data mining, quantitative research, and data science techniques (machine learning)
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
