Summary of Responsibilities

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovative solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Digital Transformation Consultant! Our team acts as an internal consulting group, collaborating across various lines of business to drive digital transformation through process re-engineering, project management, and technical expertise. This role works very closely with several Middle Office teams and offers the opportunity to potentially move into one of those teams as needs within the business develop.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement value-added initiatives.

Engage in continuous learning and upskilling to effectively contribute to business deliveries.

Articulate problem statements and solution strategies impactfully.

Collaborate cross-functionally to efficiently meet business deliverables.

Build and optimize workflows to automate specific business processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Strong expertise in BI tools, with proficiency in at least two or more of the following: Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, Signavio, and Python.

Strong data analytical skills with a background in financial services or business consultancy.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver against deadlines.

Effective collaboration with partners across multiple disciplines, functions, and locations.

Self-starter with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of the project lifecycle.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Practical experience with AI/LLM use cases is a plus.
