As a Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking, particularly in the Home Lending Technology division, you will be tasked with leading multiple teams and supervising daily implementation activities. - Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on UI concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
- Experience leading technology projects
- Experience managing technologists
- Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
- Practical cloud native experience
- Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
- Hands-on programming/application development experience with UI/UX (React JS, Angular or equivalent), Web Technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST, SOAP)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working at code level
- Practical cloud native experience
- Java eco-system and associated tooling (Core & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud), is a plus
