Job responsibilities:

  • Cutivate professional relationships across a matrixed environment
  • Identify, analyze and report key risk indicators and conduct studies to enhance effectiveness of operational practices, including using data to inform decisions.
  • Understand key business functions / knowledge of regulation surrounding business
  • Communicate/ present effectively to stakeholders and partners
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration and relationship building
  • Work autonomously managing competing priorities to achieve the most effective result and able to make subjective and informed decisions based upon output
  • Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of management and business processes
  • Design new functionality to enhance the existing ecosystem
  • Monitor adherence to policies and procedures and analyze impacts with guidance for identifying and implementing solutions/corrective action.
  • Participate in, and where needed, implement cross functional initiatives to drive efficiencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, finance or economics, business administration, or risk management
  • 5+ years of financial service experience in operations, data handling, and business analytics related functions
  • Candidates should be action oriented with a focus on results, display strong analytical skills, be able to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and LLM Suite

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of data analytics tools and processes with knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
