As a Low-Code Workflow Solution Architect within the Client Onboarding & Due Diligence team, you analyze business requirements and re-engineer processes using low-code platforms.
You deliver hands-on implementation of workflow solutions, collaborating with operations and technology teams.
You drive process improvements and participate in regional and global projects to enhance business efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design workflow solutions using low-code platforms to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Architect end-to-end workflow automation solutions
  • Lead development teams in implementing workflow solutions
  • Oversee integration with internal and external systems
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation
  • Document solution architecture and technical specifications
  • Advise on best practices and platform capabilities
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovations
  • Coordinate with global operations and technology teams
  • Conduct meetings to communicate process updates

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Demonstrate 3+ years of solution architecture experience, with 2+ years in low-code platforms
  • Exhibit strong understanding of BPM, workflow orchestration, and process optimization
  • Apply experience in system integration, APIs, and data modeling
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Lead and mentor teams in workflow solution implementation
  • Maintain excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Possess experience in financial services and KYC domain
  • Utilize knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Apply UI/UX design principles in workflow solutions
  • Hold certifications in low-code platforms (e.g., Pega Certified Lead System Architect)
  • Stay updated with advancements in low-code technologies
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions
