Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain strategic relationships with FI and NBFI clients, aligning services/products to their needs.
- Drive collaboration with trading, structuring, and research teams for comprehensive client coverage.
- Initiate transactions and provide innovative marketing ideas.
- Support day-to-day client requests across Market products.
- Independently complete high-value transactions from start to finish.
- Establish high competence with clients around executing strategic trades.
- Follow firm's policies for managing risks and legal/regulatory rules.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their strategic needs and articulating desk ideas.
- Balance competing strategic needs across clients, internal partners, and the firm.
- Oversee post-trade processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in a client-facing role in Global Markets.
- Strong understanding of cross-asset products relevant for Thai FI clients.
- Creativity in strategic problem-solving and finding new ways of doing things.
- Understanding of market drivers and transaction cycles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
