Join our team as a LOB and Corporate Functions DOI Engagement Lead, Vice President , where you will play a pivotal role in driving Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion (DOI) initiatives across our global organization. As a LOB and Corporate Functions DOI Engagement Lead, Vice President in the Central DOI Governance Function, you will provide expert guidance and support to Lines of Business (LOB) and Corporate Functions. You will ensure that DOI initiatives are effectively integrated and aligned with the organization's standards and objectives, contributing to a cohesive and inclusive workplace.
Job responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to the LOBs and Corporate Functions regarding DOI. Work closely with LOB and Corporate Function leaders to understand their unique challenges and opportunities related to DOI, offering tailored solutions that align with the organization's overarching DOI standards and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between LOBs, Corporate Functions, and the broader DOI ecosystem to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Organize and lead regular touch points to facilitate the sharing of insights, progress, and challenges related to DOI initiatives. Develop communication strategies and materials to promote a unified approach to DOI initiatives across the organization.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise within the LOB and Corporate Functions related to DOI initiatives. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring that any barriers to DOI progress are swiftly removed. Maintain a feedback loop with LOB and Corporate Functions to continuously improve DOI processes and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for DOI initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's DOI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in DOI practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with DOI initiatives, working closely with legal and compliance teams as needed.
- Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging. Drive cultural change, encouraging behaviors and practices that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering clear and constructive communication and relationships.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Competence in identifying and addressing issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
