Job Summary: As a Loan Origination Specialist IV in the Bilateral Deal Setup & Funding Team, you will enrich our loan systems with vital customer and facility details, manage funding specifics, and set up pricing rules, repayment schedules, and invoices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned Deal Setup cases within designated service levels.
• Compare booking package documentation and closing checklists against internal systems and proposals.
• Enter customer, facility, and loan details into loan systems.
• Create PDF batch work for quality control and document repositories.
• Attest to and correct quality errors and service level breaches promptly.
• Communicate proactively with business partners regarding booking case status.
• Minimize credit and business risk by adhering to procedures, compliance, and bank policies.
• Participate in projects and working groups as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Successful completion of High Value Business Entitlements (HBVE) background checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of loan documents or ability to learn legal terms quickly.
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work within tight service levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in loan operations or quality control within banking or financial services.
• Ability to maintain high performance in stressful situations and high-volume peaks.
• Creative problem-solving skills for process improvements.
