Job Summary
As an Associate in the Commercial Term Lending Closing team, you play a key role in preparing documents and funding complex Multifamily and Commercial transactions. You ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution, directly impacting our clients and the firm's reputation. You work within a collaborative environment, leveraging technology and best practices to deliver high-quality results. Your contributions help maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and support the team's strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review documents for complex Multifamily and Commercial transactions
- Manage the loan funding process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement
- Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Balance client needs with firm interests while maintaining controls
- Promote a strong risk and control environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending or related area
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience with CTL mortgage funding procedures
- Familiarity with loan documentation systems and technology

Required or Additional Information
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
- This position requires adherence to all firm policies, including Personal Account Dealing (PAD) and Data Loss Prevention policies.
- The role involves regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
