Liquidity Middle Office - CALM - Analyst

Within Securities Services business, the Off-Balance Sheet Liquidity Product team manages one of the largest money market fund and short-term investment fund distribution and clearing platforms. You will be part of a Middle Office team responsible for managing the global product platform and processes in support of our Securities Services and Introducing Broker clients and in partnership with colleagues across J.P. Morgan, including Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, and JPMorgan Payments.

As a Liquidity Middle Office - CALM Analyst within the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) Middle Office team, you will be actively involved in the processing and oversight of the CALM products, including the development and growth of the platform's footprint as well as delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely response to various client queries and ensure transaction flow and payments settle timely throughout the day
  • Provide ad-hoc support for Audit queries, Projects, New product onboardings, and UAT support for Technology changes
  • Manage metric's for the CALM Business for Client reporting, Business analytics, and general capacity for the MO team
  • Manage onboardings for client, MMF Funds, and Fund Providers to our product suite. Including the coordination with support teams, setups in applications and tracking the 'end tp end' lifecycle ensuring accuracy, timelines and completeness
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of Revenue share reporting for Billing and Finance
  • Maintain controls and follow procedures to limit risk to our Clients and Liquidity Business

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Analytical and resourceful / strategic thinker
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Undergraduate degree or previous work experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Liquidity or Money Market Fund experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative yet values teamwork within a small group
