As a Business Efficiency and Data Analysis Specialist within the CAO - Licensing and Regulatory Management (LRM) Team for Corporate Centers in the Philippines, you will be instrumental in driving business efficiency and effectiveness through comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. You will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with business objectives, and manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills will be key in driving project success and stakeholder engagement.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational requirements and forecasting processes for the business.
  • Develop, consolidate, and present insightful qualitative and quantitative analysis related to Regulatory Compliance, including budget and forecast variances.
  • Serve as a liaison to lines of business, corporate function teams, and other support teams to provide impactful reporting and analyses.
  • Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal clients, including senior management; participate in ad-hoc special projects as needed.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses on key issues impacting clients to determine root causes and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners across corporate functions, lines of business, vendors, and Philippine Regulators to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • More than five years of relevant work experience in a BPO setup.
  • Proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Reporting Specialist, Data Analyst, or Process Improvement Specialist.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Alteryx, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with diverse tools and platforms, including ServiceNow (SNOW), cloud computing services, and procurement solutions like Ariba.
  • Knowledgeable in business process reviews, improvements, controls testing, implementation, and quality audits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and testing tools, with a focus on User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements of Philippine Regulators.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data warehousing.
