Job Summary
As the Lending Strategy Line Management Lead within the Small Business Credit Card team, you will oversee the Line Management experience in Lending, Fraud, and Verifications decisioning processes. You will be responsible for crafting strategic plans and building partnerships to boost retention and spending, streamline underwriting, and enhance decision efficiency and quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a roadmap for business card Lending, Credit, and Fraud strategy initiatives to enhance automated decisions and lender efficiency.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Card Lending Services, Credit Risk, and other critical partners to ensure integrated plans.
- Prioritize opportunities and leverage partners to reimagine high credit line lending and reduce decision time.
- Communicate strategic roadmaps and priorities across key forums to identify efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Risk Governance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 7+ years of experience in card lending strategy, marketing, or operations; business credit card experience preferred.
- Results-focused self-starter with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and solve complex problems creatively.
- Proven track record of delivering meaningful results with accountability for high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and develop a team when needed.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA, including dashboard creation and data analysis.
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience presenting to leadership across multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Business credit card specific experience.
- Ability to bring disparate ideas together and communicate effectively.
