As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution team, you will guide and deliver complex technology projects that drive organizational transformation. You will foster collaboration across engineering, architecture, and business teams, using your technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes. You will communicate project progress through data visualization and adaptive management, helping us achieve operational excellence. Your leadership will be key in integrating new technologies and optimizing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects using diverse project management approaches and frameworks
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring on-time delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Drive integration of new technologies and processes for seamless implementation
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates and recommendations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of software development life cycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Build productive relationships and influence decision-making across teams
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects aligned with strategic objectives
- Use project management tools and software such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Apply knowledge of API-driven project requirements and integration planning
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in technology project management within large financial services
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP
