Lead Technical Program Manager
As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Technology Delivery Team, you will promote the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reach business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to ensure the effective management of application inventories throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and controls for managing application lifecycles, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and validations of application inventories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application inventory processes and systems.
- Deliver high-quality, risk-based reporting on application inventory processes, supported by solid data and evidence.
- Foster effective communication and alignment with stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing technology teams and projects, with a strong understanding of applied architecture principles.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business strategies and objectives.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
- Experience in data visualization and analytics, with the ability to extract insights from large data sets.
- Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information for stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Creative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering innovative solutions.
