As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Asset and Wealth Management, you will drive internal communications and the execution of various AWM Tech India initiatives. Your analytical and adaptable approach will ensure that initiatives align with evolving business needs. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you will build relationships, influence decisions, and facilitate collaboration. You will help develop operational plans and risk management strategies, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Leveraging your deep technical knowledge, you will create innovative solutions and manage program execution. You will ensure timely, strategic communication to keep employees and leaders informed, advise senior management on messaging, lead written communications, plan and execute initiatives, internal events, and manage the distribution of internal communications.

Job responsibilities

  • Effectively, manage various AWM Tech India level initiatives focused on our people, learning and development agenda, manager effectiveness, AI for Development, delivery excellence, and engagement, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Actively, help drive initiatives and projects focused on horizontal functions like Data and SRE to spread awareness and improve adoption of shared capabilities.
  • Continuously, champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Strategically, manage a communications and employee engagement strategy for the AWM Technology India team, including change management, business strategy, and cross-location employee engagement.
  • Collaboratively, partner with senior leaders to develop clear, compelling messages that reflect the vision of the business, enhance leadership presence, and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Skillfully, write, edit, and maintain quality control of compelling stories and content.
  • Creatively, design and implement channel strategies to maximize message delivery and audience engagement, using channels including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, corporate intranet, video, and live events.
  • Expertly, lead the planning and execution of key employee events including team site visits, town halls, senior leaders conferences, innovation week, employee appreciation week, etc.
  • Efficiently, manage major communications initiatives, including organization announcements and change management efforts.
  • Thoroughly, prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for executives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading India focused initiatives and programs with discipline and precision.
  • Prior experience of managing people focused initiatives, hack-a-thons, events, business collaboration, AI for Tech initiatives. Strong executive presence and outstanding writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to identify, tell, and share compelling stories.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize high-volume, high-priority initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, building productive relationships and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks.
  • Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and deliver results in high-pressure, shifting environments.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills, able to work autonomously and collaboratively, efficiently handling multiple demands.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; creative mindset with outstanding judgment and resourcefulness. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
