Lead Solutions Analyst - Test Automations Payments

As a Lead Solutions Analyst within Payments Technology, Test Integration and Implementation, you will play a central role in promoting the success of our technical program delivery. You will leverage your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products to serve as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Leads the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Aligns testing and analysis activities with business objectives, delivering comprehensive end-to-end test strategies and driving process optimization across the testing lifecycle.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners, to drive strategic initiatives, resolve program challenges, and ensure effective communication of UAT priorities.
- Leads and supervises multiple test teams, oversee requirements planning, task allocation, and issue resolution, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment through mentoring and coaching.
- Applies deep knowledge of payments, test management, automation tools (Python, Cucumber, Gherkin), and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions in complex, high-volume financial services environments.
- Identifies and implements automation opportunities, leverage data analytics for program reporting, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and enhanced testing quality.
- Communicates clearly and succinctly with team members, senior stakeholders, and clients; contribute to program updates and management meetings; and influence positive outcomes across business lines.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability; manage change effectively

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Extensive experience in working closely with steerco level stakeholders
- Hands on extensive Testing experience & SME expertise in Payments domain - should have payments test program expertise , automation testing strategy, approach definition and implementation experience. Should have been exposed to tooling including test automation, data profiling and latest testing strategies for implementation
- Experience in Test Automation skills across complex frameworks
- Should have written testing strategy hands on for banking & payments programs
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
- Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
- Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
