We are seeking a dynamic communications professional to join our team and support corporate communications efforts across Latin America, including support for initiatives in Brazil. As an integral team member, you will contribute to developing and executing a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy that enhances employee engagement and awareness of corporate and location-specific initiatives. Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting employee communications, engagement and strategy for 7,000+ employees spread across eight countries.
  • Creating and delivering a robust communications and engagement plan to drive employee engagement and awareness of location-specific initiatives and site-wide updates to over 1,000 employees in Brazil.
  • Content management, including creating and publishing content to location-specific an regional communication channels, including intranet pages/sites, targeted email, digital signage and internal email newsletters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and distribute targeted communications including executive messages, business updates, success / recognition stories, human resources communications, building/facility announcements and more.
  • Partner with Regional Corporate Communications manager and other key stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans and programs that support and reinforce our local and regional priorities and key programs.
  • Serve as communications advisor to local leadership teams, providing counsel and guidance on effective communication strategies, executive visits, key location events, etc.
  • Partner with other corporate communicators to cross-promote Latin America content in location and firm-wide channels.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 7+ years of overall communications experience required.
  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success and direct experience developing executive level messages, providing communications counsel to senior leaders and executing strong communication plans.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Superb writing, editing, execution and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines while delivering high quality product.
  • Ability to excel in a matrix environment, both as an individual contributor and as part of the larger Corporate Communications team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in technology, human resources or financial services strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the basics of video production - shooting, editing, etc. - is a plus.
