Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between new advisors, branch management, compliance and supervisory teams, and various other business units throughout the firm, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition for their clients.
  • Provide ongoing training support to advisors and support team members, ensuring they remain proficient in all relevant applications needed for client maintenance.
  • Oversee the review of client account activity daily to ensure overall accuracy, proper settlement of transactions, and reconciliation of sales credits and fees, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
  • Collaborate with Field Support, front office partners, and key stakeholders to identify training content needs and serve as a strategic training resource to the front office around JPMorgan Chase systems.
  • Manage the delivery of training sessions nationally (virtual and onsite) and facilitate training as needed for new advisors and advisor support, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Drive the engagement of the front office on new technology platform adoption and support recruiting efforts through technology demonstrations, acting as a champion for innovation and change.
  • Coordinate periodic training for branch management teams to maintain business knowledge and partner with Technology and Product on communication, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Execute other duties and/or special projects as needed, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a minimum of 5 years of financial services experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically, and in some cases for extended periods of time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly proficient user of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to leverage technology for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow-through on tasks from start to finish, with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization and maintain a sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, leading by example and inspiring others.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in training and development within a financial services context.
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase systems and technology platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
