There are four major channels: Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Online Investing, our digital investing platform, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors, our remote advice channel. The business operates in a highly dynamic environment, given the rapid evolution of client behavior, regulatory changes, and tight partnership with other Consumer Community Bank businesses.

As the Vice President, Talent Effectiveness within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Service & Administration Talent Development Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of leadership within our organization. You will lead collaborative efforts with the Leader Development Team to design, produce, and facilitate interactive leadership development training content tailored for leaders, managers, and executives. You will manage the work of teammates tasked with handling training development requests and the logistics of implementing training solutions, promoting impactful leadership development initiatives across the enterprise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven excellence in leadership development training facilitation, with flawless oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong task execution, with a can-do attitude and the ability to handle competing requests within limited timeframes and resources.
  • Accomplished in challenging leadership, management, and coaching roles, including mentoring and supporting team members.
  • Skilled in developing, facilitating, and maintaining training content for large-audience events, enterprise-wide initiatives, and new hire leader/manager programs.
  • Experienced in using learning industry tools and software to build interactive courses in various formats, such as virtual, e-learning, telepresence, and classroom.
  • Adept at multimedia courseware development, utilizing storyboards, graphics, audio/video files, interactivity, and animations.
  • Skilled in organization, with expertise in managing logistics for pre- and post-training implementation and training facilitation.
  • Able to collaborate seamlessly in teams, work independently, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including business leaders and partners.
  • Continuously performs needs analysis, refreshes content libraries, and develops/maintains SharePoint sites for training resources and documentation.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, performing other job-related duties as assigned and willing to travel as needed to support training facilitation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly-developed presentation skills (classroom & web/remote).
  • Strength in collaborating with internal teams and key contributors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management and leadership experiences
  • To be able to measure and evaluate participants' understanding, ability, and skill in classroom and web learning environments.
  • Minimum of 4 years of brokerage industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Additional experience with industry registrations, advanced licenses, or professional designations and credentials.
  • Proficiency with course development software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
  • Prior experience in media editing software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition.
  • Prior Project Management experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint site creation.
