As a Vice President, Risk Data & Infrastructure within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will leverage the firm's core data mart to identify relevant data sources for the development of Exposure metrics and Analytics. You will have the opportunity to prepare datasets to build world-class visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Python. This role provides the chance to present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Chief Risk Officers, Wealth Management executives, and other decision-making forums. You will also maintain proactive ongoing professional development in software and tool training.

Job Responsibilities
- Leverage the firm's core data mart to identify relevant data sources for the development of Exposure metrics and Analytics, ensuring completeness, data source of truth and consistency with our data analytics partners
- Prepare datasets to build world-class visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Python
- Analyze datasets, build data workflows, and construct SQL queries to obtain required data
- Meet with stakeholders to collect requirements, review work, deliver dashboards and conduct training on use of dashboards
- Provide ongoing support of production dashboard applications through enterprise-approved processes and controls
- Support the design, analysis and production of risk metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and/or Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to analyze impact of events to market and credit risk exposures on the business
- Present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Chief Risk Officers, Wealth Management executives, and other decision-making forums
- Maintain proactive ongoing professional development in software and tool training
- Conduct cross-functional outreach and collaboration with Data, Technology and Operations teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field
- 6+ years in an analytical, data science, technical, trading, or research-oriented role
- Professional knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Python, Microsoft Office Suite and associated data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools in a professional environment
- Experience building end-to-end data capabilities - from data identification to query construction, and delivery of insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proved mastery communicating business insights to a diverse audience
- Strong team player, keen sense of ownership and ability to work independently
