The Investment Product and Platform team within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management oversees the investment platform for over 6,000 advisors and millions of clients. Our mandate is to curate the investment product offering and enhance the investment platform, focusing on improving client outcomes and advisor experiences. The team collaborates extensively with various stakeholders and senior management to drive industry-leading solutions. Additionally, the team develops business cases, conducts competitive research across the wealth management industry, and prepares detailed analyses and presentations to effect change.
As a Vice President in the Investment Product and Platform team, you will work closely with investment specialists, product development, manager research, and other areas to enhance our expansive investment product offering and advisor toolset. Through the enhancements you curate, you will improve the day-to-day experience of our advisors while delivering investment products to help clients achieve their life goals. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managed and brokerage accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, money market funds, alternative investments, structured products, and portfolio analysis tools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Solutions and Practice Management Leads to maintain industry-leading investment solutions
- Understand industry trends and competitive positioning, providing recommendations to senior management for opportunities to further advance the investment product offering and advisor toolset
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape in wealth management, identifying best-in-class competitors and trends, and staying informed on industry changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for the investment product offering.
- Prepare detailed analyses and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from business and control groups, including solutions, legal, risk, and compliance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry, with a focus on investment product development and management
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, platforms, and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- CFA or CFP designation is a plus
- Focus on investment products, including managed accounts, IRA/retirement products, and alternative investments, is a plus
- Experience in program/project management is preferred, including experience working with process and workflow improvement initiatives
