As a Product Manager on the Core Investing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for our wealth clients. You will be responsible for delivering and enhancing a variety of features on web and mobile that allow clients to discover and implement investment ideas across multiple asset classes. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to deliver meaningful solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Write product requirements and oversee successful build, test, and launch for new features
  • Own, maintain, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics
  • Minimum of 5 years of investments related product management experience with proven track record of delivery of new products and feature
  • Experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and leading execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework
  • Significant experience with consumer digital product development, using discovery best practices and agile delivery methods
  • Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively and capitalize on change
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Industry involvement - staying abreast of industry trends and issues
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of investments related product management experience with proven track record of delivery of new products and feature
  • Experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and leading execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework
  • Significant experience with consumer digital product development, using discovery best practices and agile delivery methods
  • Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively and capitalize on change

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with an array of financial instruments and experience in self-directed brokerage industry a plus
