Our Wealth Management Servicing team drives the Authentication and fraud prevention experience for both our client and employees. We're dedicated to delivering world‑class messaging solutions for advisors, client associates, and servicing professionals across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a Senior Product Associate in Wealth Management Servicing, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development to create innovative products that increases the productivity of our operations and advisors. You will develop and refine the workstream's roadmap, develop business requirements, drive their execution, and support the products through its lifecycle in collaboration with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. You will exhibit strong client focus, intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, strong communications acumen, and ability to prioritize and structure the work effectively to achieve a desired outcome within a specified time frame. Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with partners across Business, Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Legal.
- Advocate for the US Wealth Management team's vision in authentication and antifraud.
- Lead full-cycle Agile product discovery and delivery with a focus on authentication and antifraud.
- Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance partners to evolve the product roadmap.
- Maintain clear documentation of scope, requirements, use cases, workflows, and wireframes.
- Evaluate diverse data sources to identify core user needs and guide product planning.
- Oversee QA, UAT, and production validations to ensure aligned deliverables.
- Address production escalations with technical expertise and support cross-team initiatives.
- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and execute test scripts.
- Deliver on tasks and support debugging of customer issues.
- Collect data, perform root cause analysis, and drive opportunities for product enhancement.
- Own small to medium initiatives, facilitate design/retro sessions, and manage user feedback.
- Set quarterly goals, document process flows, and support community outreach.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years in product development, business analysis, or project management in Wealth Management or Core Banking
- Develop epic-level requirements and guide high‑level product features.
- Create newsletters/release notes and lead marketing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience delivering complex projects.
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in retail investments, brokerage, or banking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with ML and AI frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
