The team engages and supports Advisors to provide product education and guidance, connecting the value proposition of our platforms with the short- and long-term goal of our clients.
The Investment Advisory Team is seeking a dynamic Associate to join our Investment Advisory Specialists group. This role is pivotal in promoting the development and enhancement of J.P. Morgan Advisory Programs, including Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Advisor, Customized Bond Portfolios, JPMorgan Core Advisory Portfolio, Strategic Investment Services, Investment Counseling Service, and Unified Managed Account.

As a Senior Associate in the Investments & Advice Team within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the development and enhancement of J.P. Morgan Asset Management Advisory Programs. You will deliver exceptional client service, promote commercial growth, provide comprehensive guidance to advisors, and contribute to the strategic development of Advisory Programs.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive commercial growth within the JPMA Advisory business by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and increase assets under management.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to advisors on our diverse advisory offerings, including client discretionary, wealth advisor discretionary, firm discretionary, and investment manager discretionary services.
- Assist advisors in tailoring investment strategies to meet the specific goals and risk profiles of their clients.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in program guidelines, enabling you to effectively interpret and address advisor inquiries and needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Serve as a key liaison between JPMA business and Centralized Due Diligence (CDD), facilitating communication and collaboration to identify and address platform gaps.
- Support advisors in making informed decisions regarding advisory program products by providing insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the strategic development of Advisory Programs by participating in planning sessions and offering innovative ideas to enhance program offerings.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minumin of 5 year experience in the finance industry
- Knowledge of Asset Allocation and Portfolio Construction
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (mandatory to obtain within 120 days)
- Self- starter with the ability to drive on own.
- Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with individuals at varying levels of the organization with different responsibilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to execute on multiple objectives simultaneously in a demanding environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advisory background preferred.
