As the Senior Product Delivery Associate on the Wealth Management Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of key project and initiatives that directly impact J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) businesses. This role partners closely with product managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product launches, enhancements, and ongoing support. The Senior Product Delivery Associate drives operational excellence, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives, including regulatory initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of strategic product and project initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring timely and high-quality execution for JPMWM businesses.
- Collaborate with product managers, technology, and business teams to define requirements, scope, and delivery plans for impactful projects.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communication to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee end-to-end testing activities, ensuring all requirements are validated and quality standards are met prior to release.
- Coordinate release readiness activities, including documentation, stakeholder signoffs, and compliance checks.
- Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, ensuring all teams are prepared for successful product and feature rollouts.
- Track and report on delivery progress, using scorecards and pilot metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the adoption and rollout of new products, features, and regulatory initiatives, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize delivery processes and improve efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product delivery best practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, with a particular focus on regulatory initiatives affecting JPMWM.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, partnering with compliance and legal teams to ensure project deliverables meet all necessary requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, or related roles, in financial services or wealth management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with experience creating executive-level presentations, developing scorecards, and capturing key metrics for reporting and analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with delivery management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Analytical mindset with experience using scorecards and metrics to drive performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, with a particular focus on regulatory initiatives affecting JPMWM.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, partnering with compliance and legal teams to ensure project deliverables meet all necessary requirements.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services, especially wealth management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
