J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Associate, Line of Business Corrections
Job Summary
The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.
As the Line of Business Corrections Associate within JPMorgan Wealth Management, you will manage the entire lifecycle of customer correction cases, ensuring precise intake, execution, testing, and reporting. You will collaborate with various business, product, operations, and LRCC teams to achieve these objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Manage cases from issue intake to execution to ensure corrections are completed in accordance with CCB standards and guidelines
- Scope impacted populations and coordinate cross-functional execution activities
- Lead regular status meetings: set agendas, track milestones, and hold correction partners accountable
- Coordinate customer and front-office communications
- Produce clear reporting on case health, financial impacts, and population metrics
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures to streamline corrections and mitigate risk
- Identify and resolve data or process roadblocks to ensure on-time completion
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years experience in wealth management
- Proven project and issue-management skills with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large, complex data sets
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Deep familiarity with JPMorgan Wealth Management products, systems, and processes
- Prior experience developing or refining operational procedures to improve efficiency and control
- Experience with automation and data query, analysis, and visualization tools a plus (e.g. Power Platform, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
