Join JPMorganChase as an Investor Reporting Vice President, leading an Investor Reporting team to ensure compliance with investor remitting and reporting requirements while delivering best-in-class execution, controls, and client service.

As an Investor Reporting Vice President within the Servicing and Asset Management team, you will lead a team of Investor Reporting Associates focused on multifamily, commercial, affordable, and structured loans, including mortgage-backed securities. In this role, you will partner with agencies such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as master servicers, to ensure adherence to reporting and remitting requirements, key contract terms, and internal control standards. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in investor reporting/accounting and/or multifamily or commercial mortgage loan servicing, demonstrated leadership capability, a control mindset, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Investor Reporting Associates, including onboarding, training plans, coverage models, and performance feedback.
  • Own capacity planning and workload allocation to ensure consistent, timely execution across monthly/quarterly reporting cycles and peak periods.
  • Establish and reinforce quality standards, review practices, and escalation protocols to reduce defects and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee preparation of cash reporting and remittances to investors, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of investor reports (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, master servicers) and related activities such as reconciliations and loan sales processing.
  • Maintain strong command of agency guides, servicing agreements, and key dates/terms from servicing contracts; identify, document, escalate, and resolve exceptions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, process controls, quality standards, and management directives while meeting contractual obligations to investor clients and external parties.
  • Lead a strong control environment: implement/maintain procedures, execute reviews, ensure documentation is current, and support audit readiness
  • Drive process improvements (standardization, automation, reconciliations, workflow enhancements) to improve timeliness, accuracy, and resiliency.
  • Maintain strong investor relations and interact effectively with Agency partners as we all internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology).

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor reporting and/or commercial mortgage loan servicing activities
  • Prior experience leading others (direct people management or demonstrated team leadership: training, workflow oversight, review/QA accountability, acting lead responsibilities).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven quality/control discipline.
  • Excellent business communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across internal departments and external counterparties.
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and make sound decisions with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (multiple formulas/functions; ability to work efficiently with large data sets and reconciliations)

Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in multifamily or commercial mortgage loan servicing.
  • Strong understanding of the CREFC Investor Reporting Package (IRP).
  • Familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily Servicing Guides and systems such as CESIR, eServicing, and MyOptigo.
  • Experience with Strategy and McCracken's loan servicing system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint); comfort creating leadership-ready summaries and materials.
