Investor Access - Corporate Access Coordinator - Executive Director

The Executive Director of Corporate Access is responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of corporate and expert access events for institutional investor and corporate client partners. In this role you will be expected to deliver on J.P. Morgan's business objectives and enhance client engagement. You will be a thought leader with the ability to innovate and elevate J.P. Morgan's corporate access offerings. Access events can include investor tours, conference meetings, and non-deal roadshows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help guide the direction for Corporate Access events, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's global business objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including event hosts/sponsors, to establish objectives, requirements, and budgets, driving strategic outcomes.
  • Lead the research and selection of venues, negotiate high-value contracts, and cultivate strategic relationships with vendors to optimize event execution.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive event budgets and resource allocation.
  • Direct high-level communications with corporate and investor clients to organize investor meetings, ensuring exceptional engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee all logistics associated with events, including compliance approval, transportation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other necessary services, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Partner with company management teams, research, and institutional sales to design and execute innovative corporate access events that drive business growth.
  • Strategically market Corporate Access events internally to research sales and sales trading, maximizing participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with research sales and sales trading to monetize Corporate Access events, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and implement strategic improvements for future events, driving continuous innovation.
  • Ensure all events adhere to J.P. Morgan's legal, compliance, and expense policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and governance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in meeting management at an investment bank.
  • Strong front office experience and knowledge across markets business, with the ability to drive significant business growth through events.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage, influence, and lead senior partners and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures, with a focus on client engagement and organizational impact.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, communicate, and lead in a direct, succinct manner at the executive level.
  • Experience with virtual and hybrid event planning, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with event management platforms such as BTS.
  • Ability to travel as needed for site visits and event execution.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event calendar.
