Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central liaison with Product & Development and OSD teams.
- Focus on sustainable outcomes and long-term impacts.
- Monitor key metrics and dashboards for client deliveries.
- Facilitate communication with service partners to resolve queries.
- Challenge existing processes and support change initiatives.
- Understand regulations like UCITS, MMFR, NURS, and AIFMD.
- Possess basic knowledge of coding languages like SQL.
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies regularly.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Develop skills and capabilities through certifications and training.
- Communicate departmental information and goals to the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Have over 12 years in banking/financial services or accounting.
- Understand security types and financial products.
- Be aware of stock market practices and data vendor systems.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commit to effective team communication.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Uphold the firm's Code of Conduct and related laws/regulations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Have 10-15+ years in mutual/pension/hedge funds or accounting.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in accounting principles.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership and staff development skills.
- Drive efficiencies through re-engineering and process improvements.
- Initiate and drive change effectively.
- Manage projects with a track record of successful delivery.
- Communicate clear and compelling messages to guide and motivate others.
