As an Investment Strategy Support Associate in Wealth Management Solutions team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance Portfolio risk metrics and analytics in a timely manner. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of quantitative researchers, develop analytical tools, and provide quantitative support to key business units. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing data quality assurance processes and performing ad-hoc quantitative research for Client Advisors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enrich the existing operating model for reviewing and onboarding Portfolio analytics.
- Work with quantitative researchers to develop analytical tools for risk and portfolio construction.
- Provide quantitative support to Portfolio Management, Due Diligence, Portfolio Governance, and Risk Management teams.
- Perform ad-hoc quantitative research and analysis for Client Advisors.
- Drive initiatives to improve investment strategies and processes.
- Communicate complex quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead projects to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in portfolio analytics-related roles.
- Advanced knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative markets and investment products.
- Proficiency in Python and a smart programming mindset to solve tactical problems.
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks and juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of asset classes and risk profiles.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- CFA, FRM, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience in investment and risk management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Bloomberg, Factset, and MS Office.
