As an Onboarding Team Manager within our Commercial Bank International Onboarding, you will be at the helm of an experienced team, driving the implementation of Treasury Products and Services. Your role is pivotal in shaping team strategy, enhancing the onboarding process, and elevating the client experience as they transition to the JPMorgan banking platform. You will leverage your advanced risk management skills to ensure the integrity of our operations, while your proficiency in data and tech literacy will enable you to provide insightful feedback to our internal business partners. Your advanced proficiency in strategic planning, critical thinking, and stakeholder management will be key in making impactful decisions that resonate beyond the short-term. As a Vice President, you will be expected to exercise considerable judgment, manage a diverse team, and be accountable for the quality and professionalism of service delivery within your area of responsibility.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the Onboarding team in implementing Treasury Products and Services, driving team performance through individual coaching and development, and promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment.
  • Foster a client-centric culture within the team, managing client and partner expectations, and building global relationships that support business initiatives and enhance the client experience.
  • Utilize advanced risk management skills to identify and resolve potential business risks, maintain a controls agenda to ensure policies protect the firm, and own the identification and resolution of risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to streamline onboarding processes, leverage technology for innovation, and challenge assumptions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide direction and support for successful execution of complex global implementations, offering guidance on international trends, best practices, and technological advances.
  • Partner across businesses and functions to influence shared purposes through trust and teamwork, ensuring alignment and support for the firm's initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to banking partners, helping them drive growth and increase market share through strategic insights and support.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bring minimum 10 years experience in operations, project management, or related fields, with at least 2 years in team management and leadership roles, valuing diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with policies while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to address client issues, focus on customer satisfaction, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, maintain professionalism, and proactively seek process improvements and innovation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects. Experience in participating in process initiatives and improvements leading to successful completion and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with tools that help keep track of changes and progress in projects. We value those who are open to learning these systems.
  • Experience with programs that assist in managing projects and design work. We support those who have used any such tools and are open to adapting and growing.
  • Familiarity with computer languages like Python or JavaScript. We
    appreciate anyone who has some coding experience and is willing to learn more.
  • Experience in building websites. We value those who are interested in web technologies and want to expand their skills.
