We are seeking an outstanding Associate to support a variety of activities across our Employee Experience team, this requires a dynamic professional with the ability to influence, manage change, and communicate complex information in a simple and concise manner. The Employee Experience department is dedicated to creating seamless, personalized experiences for our employees, who are our most critical stakeholders.
As a Communications Associate, you will manage communications across channels, including web updates, story creation, newsletters, event planning and more. You will manage internal communications campaigns related to Employee Experience, Human Resources, Workplace, Technology and other important firmwide initiatives. In addition, you will write, edit, and distribute targeted communications, including executive messages, program updates, success stories and other relevant content.

Job responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications support for Employee Experience communications for a global workforce that represents more than 310,000 employees operating in 65 countries.
- Execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including across digital channels, Town Halls and events, and other activations.
- Collaborate with top Employee Experience and HR leaders, Marketing, Communications partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts and branding.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in communications
- Proven success in developing enterprise- and executive-level messages and executing effective communication plans.
- Exceptional writing, editing, execution, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to excel in a matrix environment, both as an individual contributor and as part of the larger Corporate Communications team.
- Excel in working through complexity, handling multiple urgent initiatives, and collaborating effectively with clients and change partners.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- communication experience with a focus on internal communications
- BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
