In this role, you will work at the heart of a global financial institution, developing innovative tools that enhance decision-making and efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions while leveraging advanced technologies, including cloud platforms and generative AI.

As an Intelligent Solutions Associate in Treasury Operations, you design and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that support business priorities. You work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to build technical expertise while gaining exposure to a complex and evolving business environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using tools such as Python, Alteryx, Pega, and Tableau
  • Build and deploy solutions in cloud environments, including Databricks and Snowflake
  • Incorporate generative AI capabilities into new and existing solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Support end-to-end delivery, including business analysis, development, and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve solution quality
  • Develop reusable and scalable solutions aligned with broader technology architecture
  • Document solutions to support ongoing maintenance and business ownership
  • Monitor solution performance and produce analytics and management reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
  • Experience developing data-driven or automation solutions
  • Understanding of data analysis and data management principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with generative AI tools or solutions
  • Familiarity with business process improvement or automation frameworks
  • Understanding of financial services or risk management concepts
  • Experience working in cross-functional or transformation-focused teams
  • Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools
