As an Integration Manager within the Global Corporate Bank's Client Onboarding & Service Team at JPMorganChase, you will drive project strategy for various initiatives and associated business transformation projects. You may be involved in multiple initiatives, researching and executing on new opportunities-whether it is a business process change, organizational structure change or a shift to automation/digital solutions. Through strong partnership with our Operations and back-office support teams, along with Technology counterparts and leaders, you'll turn operational opportunities into future-state deliverables. Primary areas of focus include: Creating next-generation and growth-ready organizational strategies, evaluating business opportunities, preparing data visualizations/presentations, creating robust business cases and driving them to execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and develop business cases that manage costs vs. benefits. Evaluate strategic alternatives, short- vs. long-term goals and processes. Balance risks and requirements with operational streamlining opportunities
  • Design new operating models front-to-back, and understand the details of the underlying process and products
  • Evaluate existing processes and look for areas of friction, improvement, and consolidation
  • Communicate complex challenges and solutions to diverse audiences across various levels of the organization
  • Gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions while understanding and managing risks and unknowns
  • Develop effective and communicative visuals/presentations
  • Manage Senior Stakeholders across different Regions and Teams to align expectations and ideologies, escalate and actively overcome issues and risks, and provide timely updates on the project status with clear targets

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in process engineering, strategic thinking, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to create and execute on a complex business plan and demonstrate strategic thought, comprehension of operational standards, and thorough risk assessment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple differing requests.
  • Team player and personable leader that works well with others and can easily adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, delivery-focused, works independently.
  • Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly commercial and corporate banking
  • Experience in advanced data analytics, operational strategies, and automation tools
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including trading, investment, and risk management

  • This role requires working in the office five days a week
