Implementations Analyst - Client Onboarding

As an Implementation Analyst (Team Lead) within the EMEA Implementation Team, you will serve as the main contact for clients during onboarding, coordinating with business partners to deliver products and services on time. You will work closely with internal partners to ensure audit and risk mitigation, using proven methods to enhance client experience and expedite revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the client's main contact during implementation, coordinating with business partners to deliver products and services on time.
  • Assist internal partners in decision-making for solution development, ensuring audit and risk mitigation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Ensure Client Account opening requests meet JPM credit risk and document control criteria.
  • Update projects with accurate tracking through weekly/monthly management reports.
  • Monitor cycle times for product setups, aiming to shorten processes.
  • Drive process improvements with the team and partners to enhance client onboarding.
  • Attend meetings and training to develop knowledge of cash management products, processes, and technologies.
  • Exercise authority and decision-making impacting implementation deadlines and milestones.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience/knowledge in Cash Management and Treasury Services.
  • Client contact experience of more than 2 years.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes, including schedule adjustments and overtime.
  • Knowledge of documentation review (standard and non-standard).
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple applications with minimal supervision.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficient in desktop and internet applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Beneficial project management experience.

Additional Information:

  • Shift schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT
  • Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
