As an EMEA Implementation Analyst within the Treasury Services division, you will be the single point of contact for clients during the onboarding process. You will coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services, while driving process improvements and maintaining high-quality standards. Your role is crucial in managing the implementation process across various client sectors, enhancing client satisfaction and accelerating revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients during implementation, coordinating with business partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide assistance to internal partners to influence decisions and mitigate audit and risk concerns.
- Build solid working relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Ensure client account opening requests meet JPM credit risk and document control criteria.
- Update projects with accurate tracking through management reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitor cycle times for product setups, seeking to shorten processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the client onboarding experience.
- Attend meetings and training to develop knowledge of cash management products, processes, and technologies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Authority and decision-making skills affecting implementation deadlines and milestones.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of documentation review (standard and non-standard).
- Experience/knowledge in Cash Management and Treasury Services.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Aptitude to learn documentation and risk requirements.
- Ability to work on multiple applications with minimal supervision.
- Effective teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Cash management/Treasury product knowledge and Operations/Implementations experience.
- Client contact experience.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in desktop and internet-based applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
