The HR Change Management team plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes. We sit within Product teams and are responsible for ensuring the organization is ready for changes impacting our customers' experiences across all aspects of their career journey. And, we partner with stakeholders to help drive adoption of these changes.

As the Readiness Associate, you will play an integral role to help ensure HR teams are prepared for changes so they can do their jobs and best support our customers. Readiness activities you will support include, but are not limited to, change intake and identification, impact assessment, communications, engagement forums, training, and data analysis.. You will partner closely with HR Product and Servicing teams, and Feature teams that sit across the Products, such as Reporting, Quality Assurance, Capacity Planning, Training, etc. to help manage change.

This role is for you if you are passionate about the customer experience and have a proven track record in change management, readiness support and internal communications. Demonstrated leadership in stakeholder engagement within an organization and/or with a consulting firm is a plus. To be successful, you must be dynamic, partner-oriented and data driven, able to ask questions, connect dots and influence others - delivering fresh ideas and flawless execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR Product and Servicing teams to assess changes and understand potential impacts
  • Facilitate impact assessments for Servicing and Operations teams, working closely with including the cross-functional teams
  • Develop key messaging, drafting, and delivering communications across HR Servicing channels
  • Establish and execute change timeline and deliverables, includes readiness confirmation
  • Serve as Issue escalation point of contact
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels, regions, etc. - from the project team to senior leaders - to get feedback and finalize readiness activities and communication deliverables
  • Review and provide input into broader change plans and readiness support material
  • Identify and implement ways to continually improve communications, making them fresh, creative, and engaging by suggesting new ideas and engaging channel strategies.
  • Maintain readiness calendars and ensure readiness activities are on target
  • Build strong relationships with members of the HR Change Management team to ensure alignment of messaging with other functional areas, share best practices and optimize best use of resources to meet client business priorities.
  • Complete work in a controlled manner and ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of internal change management and readiness experience
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and planning skills, including the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills; must present well and be articulate and serve as an ambassador for readiness activities
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writer and proofreader and skilled at Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Self-starter/ proactive/ willingly does what is required to deliver a superior product

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Knowledge of financial services and/or HR and the products and processes a plus
