HR Business Management Analyst

The HR Business Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Global Operations leadership team, particularly the Business Manager for the Head of HR Global Operations.

As an Analyst within HR Business Management Team you will drive operational excellence and strategic transformation by collaborating with key stakeholders to support organization-wide initiatives, data analytics, resource management, location strategy, and strategic projects. The analyst will be integral in tracking KPIs and contributing to the overall success of HR Global Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide specialized support tailored to the unique needs and compliance requirements of each region we serve.
  • Address data-related queries and provide necessary assistance, contributing to key initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in testing for HR enhancement projects, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present well to senior and global business heads.
  • Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a logical thought process.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems, including HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
