Job Summary:
As an AI Experience Designer in our Global Private Bank Design Team, you will craft exceptional digital products. You will use your design and development skills to deliver simple, engaging, and innovative experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to bring ideas to life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create prototypes demonstrating AI-human interaction concepts.
- Design voice interfaces and conversation AI flows.
- Develop new interactions and components for AI systems.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to understand system capabilities and limitations, to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop Figma plugins that streamline design processes and workflows.
- Build tools that accelerate design-to-code conversion using AI technologies.
- Educate the team on utilizing LLMs for coding solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Online portfolio showcasing high-quality design and code solving real user problems.
- 7+ years as a designer and developer.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience using LLMs to speed up development.
- Expertise in Figma and digital accessibility.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours for international collaboration.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows
- Data-driven design decision-making.
