As an Executive Director you'll help foster the growth of our Global Corporate Macro Structuring business by leading the FX pillar; developing innovative FX strategies, content and transactions whilst cultivating key client relationships to drive our market leadership and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge structuring strategies for FX.
  • Collaborate with sales and trading teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and economic indicators to guide structuring decisions.
  • Manage complex transactions, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative structuring and client engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging market trends.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in FX markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial markets.
  • Proven track record of successful structuring and execution strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing client relationships at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
