JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) Corporate Real Estate is responsible for a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 75 million square feet across 61 countries in over 6,500 properties. This position will provide support to senior leaders within Property Management on matters related to sustainability, energy, decarbonization and strategy.
As a SustainabilityTechnical Program Manager within Global Real Estate, you will provide support to the Global Real Estate (GRE) Sustainability team and the GRE Global Head of Sustainability through ownership of technical diligence and day to day operations tied to project management, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement. You will function as a strategic right-hand partner to the Head of Sustainability, helping to drive execution across a global portfolio of decarbonization initiatives.

Job responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior program lead for sustainability initiatives across the real estate portfolio - providing project sponsorship, oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
- Work directly with the Head of Sustainability to develop strategic plans, frameworks, models, project evaluation and digital tools, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Act as the team's senior operator - building scalable internal processes, systems, and routines to manage execution across geographies and business lines.
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on technical decarbonization topics including, but not limited to, on-site energy generation, energy procurement, building performance, utilities, energy management, EV charging, and demand side management activities
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication for high-priority programs; interface with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Compliance, LOB leaders, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and operating rhythms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and help build internal capacity across technical and operational disciplines.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 8+ years of experience in energy, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or related technical fields, including 3+ years in a senior program, strategy, or operations role.
- Deep understanding of energy markets, building systems, sustainability technologies, decarbonization activities, and clean energy implementation.
- Strong program management capability, including managing external vendors and internal stakeholders across business units.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership on strategy development and execution.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Financial modeling, energy modeling, data analytics, or business case development experience
- Experience in large corporate environments preferred; Experience in both startup and large corporate environments
